Elissa is nice, but Ellissa much less so, with all the double consonants, plus it looks like a feminine form of
Ellis. I like
Elissa it is very nicely feminine and I come across it very rarely so I'd think it's not highly used at all. But since there are so many different spellings plus similar-sounding names with different etymologies, the downside that I see is I think it could get confusing when used in real life.
I think I like
Elisa a bit more though, can't say why but I do.
Alissa is my least favourite out of these, I much prefer just
Alice.
