My Beatrice daughter has had no trouble at all :) I like Dorothy, and a distant cousin married one, so that'd be good too, though I'm not in touch with that side of the family and they're probably dead by now, she says cheerfully.

I'd far rather see Beatrice and Dorothy in a sibset than anything plus Ramona! And, the way the world is going, just about anything can be attached to a child and called a name, so a pair of actual real-life ones wouldn't twitch anyone's eyebrow.
