I’m from the UK and it does sound dated to me. I first heard the name in a book on tape Malory Towers by Enid Blyton and it was pronounced ALIS-eea. Most people round here though pronounce it ALEE-sha I prefer Angelina as it’s more unusual here.Mother to:
