I have an aunt named it, she spells her name NN "
Jackie" as Jacque. I say it and have mainly heard it as JAK-ə-lin. I've heard Jack-lynn but not the pronunciation with the W.
It's always kind of made me think of jackals.
Beyond that, it's a respectable older yet semi-ageless name that I don't give much thought to; in a similar category:
Margaret,
Catherine,
Theresa,
Rebecca,
Diana,
Helena.
