I really like Vincent, but it seems kind of stiff as an everyday name. It's just very dignified. But Vinnie sounds like a mobster and nothing else, and Vince just doesn't really do it for me either, though it's certainly not as obnoxious as Vinnie. So I'd keep it in the middle name spot, where it really does work well with a lot of names.
