I think
Juliet is best paired with a middle beginning in a vowel, like
Juliet Iris.
Juliet Elizabeth is very nice, though a little long.
I've always been fond of
Juliet Adele. But if you're not fond of the -et and -el pairing, there's also
Juliet Elise (shorter than
Elizabeth). And
Juliet Irene.
