Hello :)
It has a very nice meaning but a very awful sound, in my opinion :( It reminds me of Gilette, the company. I also don't think it has any nice nicknames. Didi? Lettie? Letta? All pretty unattractive even though Lettie is the best of the three. Sorry, I dislike it :(

I know a Diletta Who goes with Dile (DEE-le) but I dislike it. Didi is childish but actually the best here.
If I have to choose a NN I'd like Diletta 'Lady' as here It is linked only with the noble title and not with the word. WDYT?
