That's not how the site works; you don't get to just demand editors delete things. Sofia found evidence of real people named Sulay, so it's not getting deleted.

Is this a bot or something? Why are the subject lines all the last editor?

Probably because he's a guest and can't PM editors (and the contributors are anonymous so it's not like he could go after them). Or doesn't know what he's doing. I'm assuming it's a real person; this is kind of a strange thing to program a bot to do.
