Averie
Does changing the spelling to Averie make it more feminine for any of you guys?

I think it makes it more feminine. I dislike most spelling changes for names but this one looks nice. Only issue is that it looks more like a nn with this spelling. I'm not certain why but names ending in -ie feel like nn's while names ending in -y feel more like fn's. Personally I don't feel that Avery needs a spelling change to be used as a girl's name since it is unisex but if you prefer the spelling Averie then I see nothing wrong with that.

Not for me. The only thing worse than a boy's name on a girl is one that's misspelled to look more feminine. It's like putting lipstick on a pig.

No! Changing the spelling just makes it look bad and misspelled not feminine.
