We take names pretty seriously on this board, but even if you were to choose the worst name in the world, your child will still be a success if they're a cool person. And I highly doubt you'll pick the worst name in the world. It sounds like you're on a good track.

I still hate the name Avery, though. ;) Have you ever been to the nameberry site? If you put in a favourite name of yours it spits out a list of similar ones.
