Yah, there is a concern that surrogacy is exploitation, even if someone's heart is in the right place, because they are given money. I kind of agree. I know a lot of surrogates are based in impoverished areas.

I also think its weird that his first child was born via surrogate (according to the family) and the child has no idea who his mom is, and apparently the twins aren't from his girlfriend. Bizarre, in my opinion.
