My favourite is Serena!!
I love how it sounds. So light and celestial.
I also quite like Letizia, Gioia and Allegra..but Serena is the best.
The most dated are Felicita and Felicia. But you are right Letizia has a bit dated vibe although all are coming back.
Ilaria and Gaia seems 1990s to me. For Ilenia is the same. I strongly dislike it. It has an horrible sound.
Azzurra..I would like to love Azzurra for its meaning but...its sound is so harsh that I dislike it.
It is pronounced ah-DZOOR-rah with the second stressed because there are two 'z'.
