I much prefer Marcella on rhythm alone. I don't enjoy Marcelina at all, and Marguerite ranks far below Margaret in my mind.
Marcelle and Marcella have much the same vibe to me: artistically talented, frighteningly bright, excellent company.
I don't think a nn is needed; if it is, I might use Cell but only at gunpoint.
