I don't care for Virginia to begin with; I find it clunky. However, I don't think it's unusable. Some people here have brought up the fact that it contains the word "virgin" and have surmised that that could invite teasing. I've always disagreed, mainly because of the change in syllable emphasis between "virgin" and Virginia.
