That's weird about the spelling thing. Micah seems like a pretty easy name to know how to spell.
Anyway, Micah is my absolute favorite name for a boy and I could probably gush about it for several paragraphs, but I'll spare you. I'll just say that I love it for being adorably rugged and respectably scholarly at the same time. Boy's names that are versatile and masculine without being "butch" are my favorites, and Micah embodies those qualities perfectly.
I like Micaiah, it's one of the very few names that I like for both boys and girls. I do prefer Micah, possibly because it's sleeker and simpler. As for Micah as a nickname, it could work, of course, but if I met a Micaiah who went by Micah, I'd always wonder why his parents didn't just use Micah.
Micah Wesley is at the top of my list. Other middles could maybe be...
Micah Samson
Micah Gabriel
Micah Francis
Micah Charles
Micah Edmond
Micah Solomon
Micah Paul
Micah Scott
Micah Todd
Micah Harald
Micah Reginald
Micah Joshua
Micah Seamus
Micah Forrest
Micah Winslow
