I like Ilan, although I've never seen this one before. Okay, I must admit, that I like Hebrew names as well as El...names.
I'm just confused about its pronunciation... even if it is supposed to be pronounced EE-lan, I don't think people would do so.
Wolfram is old-fashioned and doesn't have much finery about it. Makes me think of a gray-haired man in his 60s or so. Better than Wolfgang though!
Orson is ok. Nice way of honouring Orson Welles. Of course, everyone will have him in mind when hearing the name. Therefore probably a better middle name!
