I really like -nosuke names, but that's probably because I really like the sound (and look) of 'suke' - Yusuke, Ryosuke, Daisuke, Sasuke, Eisuke, and so on. "-nosuke" sort of gives it a more elaborate flare, which I really like too!
It's really cool that it's an old name element that's still in use, though! I just wonder what it would sound like to me if I was Japanese, and if that would effect my perception of it at all.
