Oh God it does mean "pig". Not that I think you'd lie, but I had to check it out myself. I had been unaware of that, although I did come close in my initial response to saying that it reminded me of a pig because it sounds close to "pork". Of all the bad meanings. Much worse than Mara = "bitter" and Claudia = "lame". No, thanks.
