I find it odd that Charlie is being used as a given name, rather than using Charles and calling the kid Charlie. But then, I'm American. Maybe they want the name Charlie and don't want to think they named the baby after Prince Charles? Is that it?Interesting to see Frank. Kind of refreshing actually. Frank is very...frank. All I can think of when I see Digby is Arthur Digby Sellers, "And a good day to you sir!"

Nicknames as full names are currently very popular in the UK. In top 20 they have Ellie, Katie, Millie, Evie, Jack, Harry, Alfie and Charlie.
