I really like it, I think it's my favourite form of the name (although I like Séraphine too). Serafima is strong and striking where Seraphina is a little precious and elaborate. I think Serafima is like Valentina, it seems like a kind of romantic name but it's really steely. Not at all soft. Also, Serafima is a nice pink-red colour for me and Seraphina is purpler/kind of colourless. That said, it's still a lot of name.
I love the nickname Sima.
