They are either not on the list of accepted names, or they have been rejected.
Anastasia and
Camille don't show up and both
Alejandro and
Sophia are marked as 'not accepted'. I actually know the
Sophia Camille in question and her mother is English - something similar may be the case with the people you know.
Or they may have been born in another country, given names usual in that country and the parents petitioned to have those names accepted here.
