I love the name Christina (though prefer the spelling Cristina). I, personally, don't think it's too dated; in fact, I think it's a very classy name that stands the test of time.

Crystal or Christina? - definitely Christina; have never cared for Crystal
Christine or Christina? - both are nice but I prefer the sound of Christina
