I don't like it at all. I think of the names that end in -ana, which aren't my style to begin with, this is one of my least favorites. I think it's just the combination of the two chunks of sounds. I like Ariadne so much more. And I don't think it's too out there.
I don't think of Adriana Lima. I don't think it's heavily anchored to her.
I would constantly mispronounce it if it was ad-ree-AN-a rather than ayd-ree-AN-a. I know I would try to get it right, but it probably wouldn't stick with me. I think that would be the case for a lot of people. That pronunciation doesn't do anything different for me either.
