I love Adriana and get the same vibe from it that you do. I pronounce it ay-dree-AH-nuh although I love ah-dree-AH-nuh as well. I'm not sure that pronunciation would fly here (Virginia, USA), however, it very well could in the UK. And no, I don't think of the model.
