The only one I, personally, dislike is
Ebba and that is entirely because of the sound. It just doesn't work for my ear and doesn't "feel" like something to call a person, but I enjoy
Elva and
Emma. I have a similar, though less severe, glitch with
Alba, but I really like
Alva.
Alina and
Ilona are both fine; I prefer the former's beginning sound over the latter's, though I do like the latter's long "o" and I love
Iona.
Ilona also does make me think of the words, "lone" and "alone". In general, I tend not to go for names that begin with "Il", but that doesn't mean I think there's anything wrong with the names themselves. Let's see if I can come up with anything helpful...
