Flavia! I pronounce it FLAH-vee-ah (with the 'a' as in 'car'; I wasn't sure if you meant it with a short 'a' like how Americans pronounce it, or a longer 'a', like how I pronounce it in my native Aussie accent), because that's more similar to how the Ancient Romans would've pronounced it (except they would've pronounced the 'v' as a 'w'). Plus it sounds nicer than FLAY-vee-ah, which just reminds me of 'flaying' people.
