If you click on "hit lists for every year", for some reason the language will switch back to German but you can search by year.
Edit: If you want to look at the statistics by decade, there is a column on the right side that reads "Jahrzehnte" (meaning "decades"). For example "1890er Jahre" in this case means the names most popular in the years 1890 to 1899.
