I actually really like it as a FN/LN combo...but I love alliteration so I'm biased.
I've discovered that people generally either love or hate alliterative names and there isn't much in between...if you named her Susanna Sanders, you'd probably have some very positive and very negative comments and you would need to be comfortable with that.
My first name and last name both begin with Eli-. I have actually had people say to my face "Oh, your parents didn't think that one through, did they?" But the alliteration is the thing I probably love most about my name and I have had people comment on how good the names sound together.
