Beckett has been a favorite boys name of mine for a long time now, and my go-to combo is Beckett Alexander, which is apparently a popular option. Other ideas:

Just in looking through my suggestions, I think I prefer a middle name beginning in a vowel sound to be paired with Beckett. It might be because Beckett is very coarse and strong, and the vowel sound following the tt is less harsh than a consonant, and seems to flow better.
