I like Phoebe. It's a sweet name, yet it isn't too cutesy. I also like its mythological background as well as its meaning.
Romeo is hard for me to take seriously. Aside from the Romeo and Juliet association, I also think of it as a pet's name. I've encountered it as a pet's name more than once. One time, I met an old smelly dog by the name of Romeo. Despite his odor problem, he was cute and a good-natured animal, but it's hard for me to get the dog image out of my head. I'd save Romeo for pets and use Roman, which I really like, for a person instead.
