I like it, but I prefer Isobel. I think it's because I've met tons of Isabelle's and Izabelle's, but not a single Isobel. But Isabelle is great as well!
I don't really like any of your combos though. I find Marie pretty dull, and Honor Isabelle sounds like you want to honor someone named Isabelle. Lola...well, I do find it quite "trashy" to be honest even though I like the sound of it.
What about these:

Ophelia Isabelle
Freya Isabelle
Amedea Isabelle
Luna Isabelle
Viola Isabelle
