I like it, its rather sweet. Then there is the added benefit of being able to use pretty much any middle name imaginable.
I prefer Anne, its feminine and elegant. Ann is so bland and looks like it's missing something.
I know one Anne, one Annie and innumerable women with Ann(e) in the middle.
