I like Ember. The only thing is that it might be confused with Amber, which I don't care for all that much.
Ezra and Ember are close, but I think you could still use both names in the same sibset.
Out of your combos, I like Ember Faye the best. I love Ivy and also like Meadow and Rain, but I wouldn't pair two nature names together.
Ember Ottilia has a nice flow.
