Bap-tee-see-ah or Bap-ti/tee-sha? Like the former, dislike the latter. Either way, Baptisia Eleanor, Baptisia Helena, Baptisia Juliet and Baptisia Vivienne all have a certain grace to them. It's a pretty plant but I must agree that I thought of religious connotations first.

Not sure, probably either depending on what language you're saying it in. I guess since it's a Latin plant name it should be bap-tee-see-a. But I'm saying bap-tee-zha, like in English.
