I like it. The only bad thing I can see is if it's used in a pseudo-African way, the way some white kids get named tribal names when their parents have no connection to the tribe. Honestly though, I don't think that matters as much as people say it does, so I like it either way. It's just better if there's a connection or honoring thing going on with it. It seems like a name that has the potential to be popular, but isn't.
