That sounds like a bad idea to me. It would make things very confusing.
As for the names themselves, I love Camille, and Cameron is decent, but I'm not overly fond of Camilla and Camilo. I prefer Camila (kah-MEEL-lah) to Camilla. I like Camilla when it's pronounced kah-MEEL-lah, though.
