I work in aged care

and we had a Maisie who was 97, she recently passed away though :(

suited her at 97. Not sure if it would suit someone in say 40's or 50s, but they could always go by May.

I think its cutesiness level is fine for aging, but I think it'll be really dated.

I think it would be fine. I don't know why it wouldn't. Yeah, it may sort of sound childish, but I don't think it would age that badly. It should be fine.

It's close to Macy which is a full name that grownups use. And I know I'd much rather introduce myself as Maisie then Chanel...

I don't think it's the greatest example of a name that will age well, but it's fine. It's not like you'd be naming her Lili Lulu (an actual BA in my hometown). I'd say Maisie is much more comparable to Rosie as a name that's a little bit cutesy, but not at all over the top.

I can see it on a small child and on an old lady, but I can't see it on anything in-between (teenagers and adults).
