Which is a pretty random connotation, but my mind tends to wander to the unseemly when I think about the types of cash-only transactions people make. LOL.
Even though the name is quite trendy, I don't mind it too much. The spelling, however, is horrific. I'd think Kayden is a very feminine spelling, whereas Caden is much more palatable for a boy.
