Bronte's not that bad - the sound is pretty and it makes me think of moors, but it does seem a bit trendy to me. I have a cousin who named her daughters Bronte and Madison, and as all the other cousins on that side of the family called their children things like Georgina and Philip and Camilla and Hugh, Bronte and Madison really stand out.
