I don't like any of the others, though. Where did you get the idea that modern names would flow with Cedric? I'm sorry if I sound condescending, this is supposed to be an innocent question, not meant to insult anyone (just to make that clear, I don't want to be yelled at). Also some of these sound too feminine...like Erin, Trinity (which is okay for a girl), etc. Then there's Sedrick, which is just a variant spelling of Cedric.
