I've always thought the sound of Myrtle was just lovely. Like Muriel, Myrtle is so soft and liquid. And myrtle trees themselves are gorgeous. I guess it's the turtle thing that gets most people hung up.

I love Eglantine too. I can't get past the lettuce association with Lettice, though. Darn my luck. I want to love Lettice. It's so lacy and delicate. But even typing out, "I want to love Lettice" just now in my head I'm saying, "I want to love lettuce." *sigh*
