I actually do like Madeline. I am not sure what DH thinks. But Madeline Cecelia would be pretty.
I have a little concern about our long last name (10 letters, and not really spelled phonetically), so I didn't want a FN that was also long.
Maybe Madelyn would be a nice slightly shorter variant.
My nephew in first grade had problems keeping up with classwork partially because he is still writing his name while everyone else is doing the work! But his first name only has 6 letters.
