I have Belinda on my top 10- I think it is so fun to say and makes me think of a very artistic/creative girl- I find it slightly exotic but also wholesome- I find most people I mention it to don't like it but I really do- I'd LOVE to meet a little Belinda.
As for nicknames, I usually only use them when they are the exact first sound of the name- otherwise, I would prefer their full name. So with that reasoning, I would have to choose Belle. Another choice could be Lindy.
