I really like Clara. The only reason I don't like it more is because I like Claire better, if that makes any sense. I've never met a Clara in my life. My sole association for the name is the girl in 'Heidi', which is as good an association as any. I like it for the sound and for the colour, which is somewhere between powder blue and sky blue.
You've listed Clara Imogen among your combos, which is my absolute favourite Clara combo, mainly because I get the same feel and colour from both names. I also like:

As an afterthought, how do you pronounce it? I say KLAH-ra, and I don't like KLAIR-a nearly as much (oddly, since I love Claire with every bit of me).
