Mary has a bad meaning?

However it was most likely originally an Egyptian name, perhaps derived in part from mry "beloved" or mr "love".

Most sources say

that Mary means "bitter". I like that BTN gives different options, but if you look anywhere else, it'll probably say "bitter".

oh, can't have looked at the Mary article in a while, I didn't know BtN said it was most likely beloved.
