I love this name. But I've thought about the pronounciation issue as well. Also, the first thing a kid learns how to spell is their name, and if that spelling makes 'no sense' (at least in North America it wouldn't) that would be rather frustrating. I think I would change it to Sairsha, but then I don't like changing the spelling of names...
