I would only use a name if it is 500 or higher. Unless, if I loved the name to death, 250 and higher is as far as I would go. I would want my son or daughter to have a beautiful/handsome name without being over excessivly common. I wouldn't want him/her to know really more than 3 or 4 kids with that name. Three kids is too much for me; it tells me that the name is too popular and there are likely more people out there to meet with the name.
