I love Adelaide, so much it's my eldest daughters name.
I like both Adelaide and Florence, but for the story I would use Florence. Adelaide is quickly up and coming, whereas Florence has the same cool but dorky quirkiness to it Nerville has. Adelaide five, ten years ago would have had the same feel, imo.
