I personally think the most annoying names were two on a talk show (get ready to barf): Denzel and Danzel. They're only different by one letter and some people might even pronounce them the same! Twins should want their own identities.
The second worst would be Jennifer and Jessica together. It's like the parents were excited to have twins just so they could use the two most trendy names of the Seventies and Eighties. Even worse, I've seen them lumped together into one name: Jennica.
As for combos, I used to think Flora and Fauna were cute as twins' names, but then I realized they're tacky together and are nicer names when they're separate.

I knew a Jennica in HS in the 80s

I was in marching band in high school and there was a fabulous percussionist name Jenica. She could play the crap out of those drums.
