William David & Stephen John - love John & William. David & Stephen are both very nice, too. I would have preferred John Stephen, though. Regardless, the names are very classy and handsome, and go together well.
Anna Kathryn - Anna is just okay for me, since I prefer it as a NN, personally. I love Kathryn, especially with this spelling.
Victoria & Olivia - love both names, especially Olivia, and the set is so feminine and classy...gorgeous!
